Ryan Anderson

Ryan is our Fitout and Large Projects Manager. Running on coffee and sheer determination, Ryan is an energiser bunny when it comes to project delivery. Responsible for bringing the vision of each Comace project to life in the most time and cost-efficient manner, Ryan’s attention to detail, teamed with his wealth of industry experience, Ryan never compromises on quality or finish, and is always looking for innovative ways to execute projects.

Ryan joined the Comace team in 2021, and now we wonder what we ever did without him. He takes a disciplined approach to each project, checking the specifics of the scope, pricing the work for optimum client value, and engaging the right contractors. Then, he continues to oversee site preparation and manage the project from commencement to completion.

Relationships are everything to Ryan and aside from his technical knowledge, we love his easy-going, upbeat personality. We suspect Ryan is incapable of feeling stress – he is the essence of calm and always has a smile on his face, especially after his morning coffee.

Busy weekdays in the office and on site is one thing, but having 4 kids will keep anyone’s weekends filled to the brim, and Ryan is no exception. When he isn’t masterfully multitasking at work, he’s perfecting dad-mode on the weekends. Whether it be coach, cheerleader or chauffeur, Ryan’s relishes in family time.

Having worked nationally for Ryan’s whole career, his most favourite feature of Adelaide is that no matter where, you’re always 30 minutes from your destination.
