Defit
When a tenancy needs to be stripped back to make way for a refit or renovation, we are also able to provide a defit service. The process includes removal of all fittings from the premises, disconnection of all services, removal of floor coverings, walls, shopfronts, and make good repairs for the new tenant (back-to-base build conditions).
Hoarding
We provide free-standing metal hoarding with a locking system. This is ideal when a high-quality finish is important while using protective screens in construction work – for example, in kiosk areas within shopping centres and providing passage ways for pedestrians.
