Felice is a natural-born leader; that’s why she’s the boss and Comace’s Mother Hen. She’s always in demand, but always makes time for her people – the team, clients, contractors and suppliers. Her commitment is unwavering. If we had to describe her in three words, we'd say driven, effervescent and authentic. 

Customers generally judge a business by the final delivery or outcome of a project. Felice’s strength is creating the 'magic' behind the scenes. She’s perfected the level of accuracy and detail that goes into every Comace project. Each one has Felice’s diligent stamp of approval.

Felice has been in the building game for the majority of her career. She’s constantly got her finger on the pulse and loves to be in the know. She likes to spend her days building relationships, finding opportunities and directing traffic. Her one superpower would be taking people’s stress away.

More than anything, Felice is a people person. Loving nothing more than some social down time, sipping wine or exploring a gorgeous countryside getaway. The most amazing cheerleader, when she’s not cheering on her work family, she’s cheering on her number 1 Fans - Her kids.
